Who is Vodacare?

Vodacare is a Vodacom brand name associated with the repair and servicing of cellular phones that have been distributed and sold by Vodacom within South Africa.

What is the objective of Vodacare?

To provide a ‘one-stop’ quality cellular repair facility through it’s franchised business partners and to ensure that our valued Vodacom Customers are put back on the air as quickly as possible. Thus ensuring continued Customer loyalty through world class Customer Service at all times and at the same time maintaining Customer loyalty.

What does Vodacare offer?

Our Vodacare Franchise offers both in and out of warranty repairs on all the major cellular brands that have been either supplied or distributed by Vodacom. The Vodacare technical staff have all been fully trained in accordance with the requirements laid down by the manufacture, as well on the GSM technical and manufacturers testing equipment, and on the software upgrade systems.

All our Vodacare Franchisees, Regional offices and Vodacare Head Office are all linked to a National repair tracking and service program, thus enabling real-time status enquiry on any cellular repair.
